No. We scope the work and quote a fixed price for projects, or a flat monthly rate for embedded teams and advisory. You always know the number before we start.
What does a project cost end to end?+
It depends on scope, but most focused builds land between $40k and $320k. We front-load Discovery so the Project Charter you approve is the project you get.
Can we start small?+
Yes — many clients begin with a paid Discovery or an Advisory retainer, then move into a fixed-scope build once the blueprint is agreed.
Who owns the code?+
You do. On full payment, source, the Solution Blueprint, and documentation transfer to you. No proprietary lock-in.
How do change requests work?+
Through written change-control. We state the cost and schedule impact up front; nothing changes your bill without your sign-off.
